I bring 26 years of leadership across technology delivery, operations and transformation. Agile ways of working have been central to how I deliver since around 2010, and that iterative discipline is precisely what responsible AI adoption requires. This is now combined with focused specialisation in AI management, AI governance and information security.
Most technology leaders build their careers either inside client organisations or within the consultancies that serve them. I have worked extensively on both sides.
Across eBay, Thoughtworks and Globant, I have led delivery organisations, complex programmes and international portfolios with multi-million-euro P&L responsibility and teams of more than 170 FTE.
This perspective helps me understand the different pressures facing clients, delivery organisations and commercial teams. I bring those perspectives together to create clear accountability, restore control and turn strategic direction into executable delivery.
I have consistently created functions, disciplines and organisations that did not previously exist: eBay France's customer support function, a global content engineering discipline combining agile delivery with CMS and content creation, and Globant's delivery organisation in Germany. I enter where structures are absent and build what the situation requires.
Born to a French mother and Senegalese father, I grew up across four countries: Czechia, Senegal, France and Germany. This multicultural background has shaped how I communicate, lead international teams and navigate different organisational cultures.
Living and working across different countries, cultures and languages shaped how I lead. It taught me to adapt quickly, listen carefully and build alignment between people who may approach the same situation from very different perspectives.
I work in German, English and French and am at home in cross-border and international environments.
Technology delivery is changing rapidly. Organisations need to identify where AI creates justified business value, introduce it into existing operating models and establish the accountability, controls and governance required to scale it responsibly.
My foundation remains 26 years of leadership across technology delivery, operations and transformation. I am currently deepening this experience through an intensive 2.5-month full-time AI Manager specialisation, supported by qualifications in ISO/IEC 42001 AI management systems and ISO/IEC 27001 information security management.
This combination allows me to connect AI strategy with practical implementation. I work across business, commercial, delivery, risk, security and technology functions to ensure that AI initiatives are valuable, controllable and integrated into everyday operations rather than managed as isolated experiments.
