A multi-year digital transformation stabilised and grown into a long-term strategic partnership; a major automotive account stabilised and grown into one of the consultancy's largest globally, recognised by the client for delivery excellence.

Full P&L accountability for multi-million-euro delivery portfolios across DACH and Europe, with 170+ FTEs across Europe, the Americas, Asia and Eastern Europe. Two at-risk strategic accounts returned to growth within 12 months. Portfolios scaled from an inherited DACH remit to multi-country European responsibility.

Took on a large delivery organisation as the first senior delivery leader in Germany for a global technology consultancy: restructured the operating model, established delivery frameworks and introduced P&L rigour across the full portfolio, before expanding into Europe Delivery Head responsibility across Automotive, Manufacturing, Retail and CPG, with combined oversight of 170+ FTEs. Contributed to a multi-year agile transformation and marketplace co-build at a leading German ecommerce group, stepping in as Delivery Principal and part of the account leadership team during a period of significant programme instability, and maintaining and strengthening the client relationship through to a multi-year strategic partnership.

Post-merger integration of an acquired French ecommerce platform's customer base; 11 DACH client accounts integrated during a consulting group PMI while maintaining delivery and client relationship continuity; and a fintech PMI delivery integration across three delivery environments spanning two countries. The corporate transaction belongs to others; the delivery side of it is mine.

AI-powered content quality programme achieving a 20% reduction in content rework and measurably improved governance consistency across a global ecommerce platform. AI capability positioning driven across RFPs for a global technology consultancy; AI literacy assessment framework established across delivery teams. Combining operational AI experience with a professional specialisation in AI management and ISO/IEC 42001 AIMS certification to help organisations move from isolated AI experimentation towards controlled, scalable implementation.

Initiated a TISAX certification process for a global technology consultancy, enabling participation in OEM procurement. Delivered under TISAX and ISO/IEC 27001 regimes for automotive clients. Won and led an architecture and governance engagement for a major European insurance group's claims platform integration. Now certified in ISO/IEC 27001 ISMS (CS VISOR), with GRC as a core mandate area.
