How I Work

01
Operating Principles
Business-first

Delivery is a means, not an end. Every decision is anchored to a business outcome and its economics.

Discretion

Executive work is often sensitive. I operate quietly, with clear accountability and minimal noise.

Cross-functional

I work across business, commercial, legal, operational, risk, security and technology functions with one language.

Governance as Enabler

Practical governance that helps organisations move faster with confidence. Never process for its own sake.

Compliance and Security as Operating Conditions

Legal, compliance and security are not handoffs or late-stage checkpoints. They are part of how I run delivery from day one.

Measured Pace

Cadence, ownership and predictability over heroics.

International Lens

Solutions that hold up across DACH, EMEA and LATAM.

02
Immediate Leadership. Proven Execution.

The entry point varies. The foundation never changes: deep IT delivery expertise, applied hands-on.

Shaped by 26 years inside companies that disrupted their industries: eBay, which invented the online marketplace; Thoughtworks, which shaped how the world delivers software; Globant, the challenger that outgrew the incumbents. On both the client and consulting side.

At the strategic level

I shape IT operating models, delivery and technology portfolios, transformation priorities, decision rights and the conditions required for sustainable performance.

At the execution level

I work directly with technology, delivery, business, legal, compliance and security leaders to resolve constraints, manage risk, restore client confidence and turn decisions into action. As an interim or fractional leader, I step in exactly where your operational friction lies. The work itself spans the full range: greenfield builds, modernisation of what has grown over years, and frontier capabilities like AI where the rules are still being written.

You are engaging the leader who aligns business, commercial, legal, risk, security and engineering stakeholders and turns their priorities into one executable delivery direction.

Multi-million portfolios, strategic engagements and cross-border delivery organisations.

03
What Shapes My Approach

I spent 26 years inside companies that disrupted their industries: eBay, which invented the online marketplace; Thoughtworks, which shaped how the world delivers software; Globant, the challenger that outgrew the incumbents. Disruption is not a threat I manage. It is the environment I grew up in professionally, on both the client and consulting side. When the standard framework does not fit, I build the path that does: I have created delivery organisations, quality processes and operating models that did not exist before, because the situation demanded something new.

And I have learned that the hardest problems are rarely technical. They live between people: competing agendas, eroded trust, teams and executives pulling in different directions. Reading those dynamics, and moving them, is as much my craft as delivery itself.

04
When the Playbook No Longer Applies

Some situations do not yield to another standard framework: programmes losing control, client confidence weakening, commercial exposure growing, new capabilities arriving faster than the operating models built to contain them. This is my terrain. I establish the facts, identify what matters most, align stakeholders and turn immediate priorities into coordinated action. The result: delivery stabilised, confidence restored, and an operating environment strong enough for what comes next.

05
Delivery Framework

Governing service delivery and translating change into daily operations.

A simple, repeatable framework that turns leadership intent into execution discipline across the organisation.

01

Define Delivery Accountability

Clarify ownership, interfaces, decision rights and cadence across service delivery so that every team knows who does what and when.

02

Embed Change in Operations

Translate change management into daily workflows, rituals and performance conversations so adoption becomes routine, not an afterthought.

03

Run with Discipline

Use metrics, risk reviews and governance forums to keep delivery visible, predictable and aligned to business outcomes.
